چکیده
Objective: Lactobacillus has been shown to inhibit proliferation of various cancer cells, but the effects vaginal on cervical cells have rarely reported. The goal this investigation was assess anti-proliferative effect cell line HeLa (Human Cervical Carcinoma Cell) and potential probiotic properties plantarum L4 isolated from cervicovaginal flora healthy women in Turkey. Materials Methods: Molecular identification species performed by 16S rDNA analysis. Probiotic strain were investigated conventional methods. Human Interleukin-10 (IL-10) Tumor Necrosis Factor- alpha (TNF-alpha) ELISA kits used evelation immune modulator strain. antiproliferative HeLA using XTT kit. Results: L. exhibited strong properties. showed an anti-inflammatory reducing production TNF-α increased IL-10 production. greatest observed at highest dose metabolite 0.0006 gr/ml with a death rate 90-95% while number living found be between 5-10%. no anticancer human umbilical vein endothelial (HUVEC). Conclusion: strain, properties, can considered promising treatment candidate for HPV due its immunomodulatory high antiproliferative effect, even very small doses.
